Chalet 4 was founded by Jonny Taylor, an experienced music manager with over 15 years in the industry. He started as an intern at The Music Managers Forum (MMF), then was hired by ATC Management owner Brian Message where he worked across a wide range of artists and was later appointed to the management team for MOBO and Ivor Novello Award-winning artist Laura Mvula, managed by Kwame Kwaten. When Kwame left ATC to start his own management company Ferocious Talent, Jonny joined him and co-managed a wide variety of artists as well as setting up a successful consultancy company with him over the next 14 years.
In 2020, alongside managing his artists, Jonny took on the role of Label Manager at Point Blank Recordings, the in-house record label of the internationally renowned Point Blank Music School, a position he continues to hold today. With a wealth of experience and a passion for nurturing bold, original talent, Jonny established Chalet 4.
